3 Minute Gourmet Morning Breakfast

Made for one in only 3 minutes time and loaded with nutrition and good taste. A raw, probiotic desert breakfast that has all the essentials for fats, proteins, and complex carbohydrates all in one sitting. Easy to digest and assimilate and nutrient rich with life giving enzymes, essential fatty acids, and the master antioxidant glutathione that is only present in raw foods for strong immune support. Heat destroys this nutrient. The probiotic cultures will feed your friendly flora bacteria that resides in your intestines and stomach. Easy to make, easy to enjoy and easy to clean up afterwards. One of the favorites of Chef Barry Gourmet & Raw.


7 Tbs raw organic milk of goat or milk of cow (or les substitute almond or brown rice milk)
2 tablespoons of Tamarind juice ( Easy to make just soak this Southeast Asian paste in a jar of water and store in your refrigerator.
1 level tsp of cold pressed apple cider vinegar
1 organic free range raw pastured Duck or Hen Egg.
Juice of 2 limes or half a lemon
1 level tsp of raw unfiltered honey or coconut flower syrup
A few drops of a really good liquid probiotic

Ingredients for the powder or milled seed

I heaping Tbs of 50/50 dry pumpkin and flax seed milled into a powder (Easy to do with a milling cup that is attached to any good blender) Can also use Chia , or Hemp seed or even all 3 in equal proportions.
1 tsp psyllium seed husk granules for a bulking agent and intestinal cleanser.
1 opened capsule of Siberian ginseng powder.
1 level tsp of Spirulina Powder
¼ teaspoon of curry powder or cinnamon

Fruit ingredients

1 1/4 inch lab of pineapple with out the skin
A few selected ripe bananas
Sprinkled topping of bee pollen, coconut flower granules or both
Lime and lemon wedges on the side

(As always, choose organic content and fresh content as much as possible for the healthiest recipe. Also, wash all fruits and vegetables before cutting or adding to the recipe.)


1. Add all the initial group of ingredients together in a dessert bowl, stir well into a creamy color and add a few drops of your liquid probiotic.

2. Add in the spirulina powder which will turn the mixture green.

3. Next add slowly all your powders and stir gently as the liquid starts to firm a bit and the dark green turns to a lighter pale green color.

4. Start to add your phylum husk granules as a firming agent until you get the consistency that you like for a pudding.

5. Layer your sliced banana over the surface as desired to form a hill and then layer your chopped pineapple randomly over this.

6. Sprinkle some bee pollen over top and optionally a little bit of cinnamon or coconut flower sweet granules.

You can add more citrus juice over the fruits to add more zest to the taste and one or 2 wedges on the side rim of the serving bowl. Using a sharp knife cut through most of the way to the skin and place the lime lemon quarters on the bowls edge for more color and food presentation.
