50 Vegetarian Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Recipes

When the weather turns cooler, an ideal place to turn for comfort foods is the crock pot or slow cooker.  Though many may think mostly of meat dishes when they think of crock pots and slow cookers, such need not be the case,  Here are links to 50 great vegetarian slow cooker recipes which include soups, chilies, stews, casseroles and other main dishes, side dishes, sauces, breakfasts and desserts:

Note: As always, choose organic content and fresh content as much as possible for the healthiest recipe. Also, wash all fruits and vegetables before cutting or adding to the recipe.  Also, since we have not modified any of these recipes, you may find that you want to make your own healthier substitutions, such as Himalayan or sea salt instead of refined table salt and healthier sweeteners such as coconut sugar or raw honey instead of refined sugar.
