Dandruff

l     To clear up dandruff you need to counter the cause of the problem: your scalp's acidic pH level. To restore your scalp's natural alkaline pH level, first wash and condition your hair. Then, while still in the shower or bath, pour a cup of apple cider vinegar on your head and rinse with water.

l     Aloe Vera gel . About 10-15 minutes before you wash your hair, rub a lot of aloe vera gel into your scalp. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and shampoo your hair as you normally do.   Do this every day and dandruff should stay away.

l     Use lime juice to wash your hair.

l     Soak two tablespoons fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with mild shampoo.

l     Olive oil and almond oil.  Mix the olive oil with the almond oil and apply to the scalp. Leave it on about 5 minutes after it starts to burn. Rinse well to clear dandruff.

l     Coconut oil.  Massage your hair with warm coconut oil and apply the juice of two lemons, steam your hair and leave the oil on for about two hours. Shampoo with a mild shampoo. Repeat two to three times a week.

l     Neem leaves.  Boil a handful of neem leaves in four teacups of water. After cooling and filtering, use for rinsing hair.

l     Vinegar.  Soak the scalp with vinegar, wrap a towel around your head and sleep all night.  In the morning, the dandruff should be gone because the yeast bacteria should all be killed, and it should last for weeks.

l     Thyme.  Boil four tablespoons of the herb in two cups of water for 10 minutes, strain, and allow it to cool. Pour the mixture over clean, damp hair and massage it in.

l     Aspirin.  Crush two aspirin and add to your normal amount of shampoo you use to wash your hair, wash hair with mixture and leave on for two minutes or longer.  Rinse well and wash again to ensure all the aspirin is gone.  Be sure to follow with a good conditioner.
