Tony's Dream Pie

This has been a holiday staple for me for many years and it may be the most delicious pie you have ever tasted. It is simply impossible for most people to eat just a single slice, despite being quite rich. Plus, it is super easy to make with no baking. Try it and if you don't like it - well, send the leftovers to me. Please!


Whipped cream (or else use a medium container of real cream Dream Whip)
Two bananas, sliced
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained
Lemon juice - perhaps 1/4 cup
Graham cracker pie crust

(As always, The Best Years in Life recommends choosing organic content and fresh content as much as possible for the healthiest recipe. Also, wash all fruits and vegetables before cutting or adding to the recipe.)



1. Line a graham cracker pie crust with one or two layers of sliced bananas. If you make your own crust, keep some graham crumbs aside to sprinkle on top of the pie.

2. Stir together the whipped cream or about 2/3 of the Dream Whip and the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Finish off the pie by covering it with a small layer of whipped cream or Dream Whip and a sprinkling of graham crumbs.

4. Chill for a couple of hoursin the fridge, serve and then watch your guests beg for seconds. And thirds . . . you might want to make two pies if you have more than a couple of guests.


To make this pie recipe healthier, try substituting raw honey and perhaps a bit of raw milk (such as raw goat milk) for the sweetened condensed milk.

Play around with the amounts to get the taste just right for you. For example, use more or less bananas, more or less juice (perhaps subbing in a bit of saved pineapple juice for some of the lemon juice).

I don't claim to have originated the above recipe; however, use one or more of the following options and you will truly have Tony's Dream Pie:

*Use key lime juice instead of lemon juice.

*Place slices of kiwi fruit and/or strawberries on top before covering with the whipped cream/Dream Whip.

Calories: You really don't want to know.
