A Green Cocoa Colored Smoothie
Take
1/4-1/2 t fresh
organic flax seeds
12 organic raw
almonds
Grind the flax seeds
and raw almonds
until a fine meal
consistency
1 organic collard
leaf, pull off the
woody part of stem
1 heart of organic
romaine lettuce
1/4-1/2 cup PURE
water
Blend the collard
leaf, romaine
lettuce and water
until liquified
Then add:
1 organic banana
1 organic kiwi
frozen organic
strawberries (appx 5
oz)
And blend until
smooth consistency
