Gunpoint Medicine Kidnapping on the Rise: Here's A Current Example

(The Best Years in Life) Most common legal kidnappings, that is children taken from parents by court order after mainstream medical institutions sic state child protection services on them, center on those who reject mainstream oncology treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation.

And it's not always to save the children from foolish parents. Often it's after chemo or radiation has begun and the child worsens or says he or she can't put up with it anymore. What's hidden or ignored with these incidents reported in the mainstream media is that there are hundreds of safer and more effective solutions that are banned, not because they're ineffective or dangerous, but because they are effective and safe and put a dent into the cancer industry's annual multi-billion revenue.

In December of 2014, a home schooled 17 year old teenage woman was legally abducted, taken from her mother by Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) (aka Child Protective Services) at the behest of a court order demanded by the Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) in Hartford, Connecticut.

The young woman is Cassandra C. (last name withheld from media accounts), and according to her mother Jackie Fortin, Cassandra has personally researched cancer treatments sufficiently to understand that it's Russian Roulette for cancer victims, lots of damage and suffering with little chance of real success. Cassandra had vowed to never undergo chemotherapy if she were diagnosed with cancer.

After having a portion of Cassandra's lymph node removed for a biopsy to diagnose stage 3-4 Hodgkin's lymphoma, mother and daughter wanted a second opinion from a different medical institution out of state. For that request, they soon became targets of gunpoint medicine. Jackie insists that whether Casandra wants chemo or refuses it, it's her decision and she'll stand by her either way.

But the DCF was used to remove her daughter from her home and put her into custody for chemotherapy treatments. She had earlier refused chemo but was forced into it for two rounds of chemotherapy. She ran off, even left home for awhile to avoid more of this agonizing treatment.

Unlike Billy Best, Cassandra wasn't able to make a deal. Billy Best was the 16 year old who ran off from his Massachusetts home in 1995 after a couple of chemo treatments and returned months later only on the condition that he could choose an alternative cancer treatment.

His runaway from chemo made national TV news, which he found out about in Houston, TX, where he had stopped over on his way to California by bus. That's when Billy knew he should try to make a deal with his parents.

The deal was struck with his parents, and he chose two: commonly known Essiac Tea and mostly unknown 714X. Today, 20 years later, he has published a book, The Billy Best Story: Beating Cancer with Alternative Medicine. If he had continued with chemo, he wouldn't be healthy or even alive today.

Cassandra was even strapped onto a hospital bed for chemo in a room where she was confined after physically resisting the treatment. Ironically, Cassandra will be of age this September when she turns 18, if she makes it.

Cassandra's case is going to the Connecticut Supreme Court to determine whether a legal minor sufficiently aged and intelligent can decide whether or not to be treated with toxic chemicals that are a spinoff of WW I mustard gases.

The family lawyer does see some potential for winning this case and setting a precedence for gunpoint medicine scenarios by deciding an intelligent informed teenager has the right to decide what's put into his or her body.

Medical Kidnapping or Gunpoint Medicine is Legalized Murder

What happens to a child taken from parents afterward doesn't seem to get publicized, unless the result can be skewed for mainstream media to report that because of the initial resistance, the chemo or radiation was started too late and the cancer won out.

You'll never see a news item reporting a conventional treatment killed a cancer patient. It's always the cancer won after a valiant fight. But somehow after all the years and trillions of dollars on the war on cancer, cancer keeps winning out while the cancer industry keeps profiting with treatments that don't really work.

And who pays for the kidnapped kids whose parents don't have insurance? Medicaid to the rescue.  Somebody has to pay. Or as in the Ohio Amish girl's case, her treatment was research funded by the government. Without a test subject, there was no money for the hospital that had attempted unsuccessfully to seize her.

Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are very expensive and highly profitable. It isn't given free of charge. The cancer industry is a multi-billion dollar big business. High priced bags of harsh chemicals used for chemotherapy are purchased wholesale and sold retail, usually doubled in price, by the administrators of this harsh treatment that's more like Russian Roulette with worse odds.

No matter how wrong one is about a medical intervention, as former congressman and MD Ron Paul once said, “As long as you don't force other people, and as long as you don't defraud people, you ought to have a choice on alternative treatments and not have the FDA and the drug companies controlling things. That's where we get into so much trouble.”

He is amazed at the ignorance of natural medicine and how beneficial foods and herbs are constantly ignored or vilified in order to promote toxic foods and meds by Big Pharma, the FDA, USDA, and the AMA, what he likes to call the "Medical Mafia".
