Lemon Juice

To make use of this natural skin bleach, take some freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply it directly on to your skin. You can also opt to dilute the juice in a warm bath which you can soak in for 15 – 30 minutes. Pat your skin dry and then rub the remaining lemon peels on your skin, particularly your problem areas and blemishes. Finally, take a shower in lukewarm water and use mild soaps to rinse away any remaining lemon juice. Repeat 2 – 3 times weekly for best results.

All you need to do is to create a thick paste with 1 part honey and 2 parts cinnamon powder. Massage the paste on to your skin and make sure that every last inch is aptly covered.

Leave the mixture for 15 – 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water. For best results, make sure you perform your honey massage at least twice a week.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Vinegar works wonders when it comes to taking out tough stains and blemishes. Aside from being used as a strong flavorful addition for many of the meals we love and enjoy, vinegar has also become popular as a common household item for cleaning and for personal care. The qualities of apple cider vinegar are ideal for effective skin cleaning, even capable of removing skin tags and other tough blemishes.

To remove skin tags, take a cotton ball and soak it in apple cider vinegar. Rub the cotton ball over the skin tag repeatedly and massage the area simultaneously with your finger. Do this until the skin of the tag is soaked in vinegar. Repeat this 3 – 4 times throughout the day until the skin tag is completely removed.

For this home remedy for perfect skin, you will have to ground up a whole head of garlic (or more, depending on your needs) until it creates a thick paste. Apply the paste directly to your skin paying close attention to your problem areas, and secure the mixture with a bandage. Leave it on for 15 – 30 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

Olive Oil

Is there anything that olive oil can’t do? It’s good for your heart, good for your hair, and yes, even good for your skin. Olive oil is the ultimate antioxidant ingredient, and you can make use of this household favorite to help you achieve the perfect skin. Using olive oil for your skin is really simple, just take some of it into your hand and massage it into your skin as you would typical massage oil.

Make sure you cover every inch of your body and massage thoroughly especially in areas that need improvement. Leave the oil on for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and rinse off with a mild soap and lukewarm water. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times a week, not only for better skin, but also for a relaxing treat at the end of a tiring day.
