2 cups milk
1 cup diced papaya (very soft on outside)
1/2 banana (optional)
1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast powder
1 teaspoon honey
l Low-cal energy brew:
Finely chop the carrots, onion and garlic clove in a food processor. Place in a saucepan with water, dill and salt. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Purée in a food processor or blender with one cup of the cooking liquid. Stir in the remaining liquid and buttermilk. Serve warm.
