Magic Bullet Green Smoothie
Speaking of
healthy recipes, here is a tasty
treat designed specifically for
health. Loaded with
health-giving ingredients
including chlorella and
cilantro, which are also
wonderful for helping detox
heavy metals out of the body.
For maximum benefits and metal
detox, use this recipe as an
entire meal.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp chia seeds
12 pecan halves
Organic spinach greens to loosely fill cup
2 celery heart stalks or 1 complete stalk w/greens
6 sprigs of cilantro*
4 opened capsules of chlorella*
Organic apple juice to fill cup to about half full
1 cup organic raw pineapple
(As always,
choose organic content as much
as possible for the healthiest
recipe.)
Instructions
1. Add the contents of the cup
to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, adding a
bit of apple juice if needed -
about 30 seconds.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for
30 minutes and serve.
*Cilantro draws metals out of
storage. Chlorella binds with
metals to escort it out of the
body.
Makes one large
super healthy smoothie.
