Tomato and Cabbage Soup
Here is a hearty, tasty and healthy tomato soup recipe which can be made with fresh tomatoes, cabbage and carrots or else you can used canned and bagged ones (fresh are best of course). Loaded with healthy ingredients, including garlic, you can also add a bit of cayenne pepper to spice it up if desired.
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1. In soup pot or Dutch oven, heat
oil over medium heat. Add onion and
sauté until onion begins to brown
lightly, about 5 minutes, stirring
